Manage and coordinate company’s financial function including general accounting, cost management, budgeting, and payroll in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet company’s business requirements.
• Provide and interpret financial information.
• Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
• Analyze change and advise accordingly.
• Formulate strategic and long-term business plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, lawyers, bankers.
• Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the company including: budgets and financial goals.
• Arrange new sources of finance for a company’s debt facilities.
• Supervise staff, manage and guide the Accounting department.
• EDUCATION:
o Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance – MBA is an advantage.
o Accounting Certification CMA or CPA is a plus.
• EXPERIENCE:
o Minimum 10 years’ experience as Financial Manager.
o Experience in supervision and leading of teams.
